Join Concussion Cosplay for a hands-on, fully guided workshop where YOU’ll build your own Deku mask from EVA foam, start to finish. Learn essential crafting skills, including pattern assembly, cutting, heat shaping, and clean finishing that you can apply to all your future builds. This workshop is perfect for beginners and intermediate crafters looking to sharpen their technique. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. All tools and materials are provided - just bring your creativity and leave with a finished mask ready for priming and painting.

For over half a decade, Aby has brought anime heroes to life through cosplay, with a passion for Shounen and Sports Anime. As a competitor, guest, judge, and panelist at Toronto Game Expo, Fan Expo, Toronto ComiCon, Anime North, and more, he brings extensive crafting experience to his workshops. Aby enjoys experimenting with new techniques while making cosplay as financially accessible as possible. He believes cosplay is a powerful tool for personal growth - building confidence and joy by embodying the traits of one’s favorite character.
