From game stores and toy sellers to collectible dealers and retro resellers, anyone offering products related to video games, toys, trading cards, or pop culture is encouraged to apply for a table or booth in our massive marketplace.

Independent artists, illustrators, crafters, fan creators, and makers can apply for Artist Alley tables to showcase and sell original art, prints, pins, stickers, handmade goods, and more. This space is designed for personal creative work, not mass-produced merchandise or commercial reselling. If you are unsure if you qualify, please email us.

Align your brand with one of Canada’s fastest-growing fan expos. Sponsorship packages include booth space, digital and on-site promotion, custom activations, and brand integration opportunities before, during, and after the event.

Help bring the event to life from behind the scenes on Saturday and Sunday. Commit to one half day shift (AM or PM) to receive the other half of the day free of admission. Please note that volunteers will not be able to skip any lineups. Perfect for students and those who want to get involved. (16+)

We welcome press, YouTubers, streamers, podcasters, and influencers looking to cover the event, highlight exhibitors, or create original content. Approved media receive complimentary access, early entry, and the chance to schedule interviews or features. New this year, there will be a special UGC event on the Friday before the show. 

Video game and tabletop creators can showcase their games in our Indie Developer Showcase, offering direct access to attendees, valuable feedback, and exposure to media and content creators.

Professional cosplayers and creators with established followings are encouraged to apply to appear as featured guests. Cosplay guests typically host meet-and-greets, panels, or judging for contests, and help energize the community with their presence.

The Cosplay Stars Contest is your chance to shine on stage and show off your craftsmanship, creativity, and performance skills. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or stepping into the spotlight for the first time, it’s all about celebrating the art of cosplay in front of a cheering crowd.​

We are excited to welcome a variety of community spaces and interactive displays that add extra fun and engagement for our attendees. These areas give fans the chance to connect, take photos, and enjoy unique experiences beyond the exhibitor floor.​
