Independent artists, illustrators, crafters, fan creators, and makers can apply for Artist Alley tables to showcase and sell original art, prints, pins, stickers, handmade goods, and more. This space is designed for personal creative work, not mass-produced merchandise or commercial reselling. If you are unsure if you qualify, please email us.

We are happy to announce the Tattoo Zone, an all new area for con-goers to get a forever-memory of the convention tattooed with a real tattoo artist! This area allows fans to get get real tattoos of their favourite characters and  more!​

Video game and tabletop creators can showcase their games in our Indie Developer Showcase, offering direct access to attendees, valuable feedback, and exposure to media and content creators.

Volunteers (16+) Help bring the event to life from behind the scenes. Commit to 2 shifts to receive free weekend admission. Perfect for students and those who want to get involved. Please note that volunteers will not be able to skip lineups.

We welcome content creators—such as YouTubers, streamers, podcasters, and social media influencers—as well as media and press interested in covering the event, highlighting exhibitors, or producing original content. Approved applicants receive complimentary access, early entry, and opportunities to arrange interviews, collaborations, and featured coverage.

Professional cosplayers and creators with established followings are encouraged to apply to appear as featured guests. Cosplay guests typically host meet-and-greets, panels, or judging for contests, and help energize the community with their presence.
